The First Annual Bed Race for the 40 Winks Foundation was held during Maple Grove Days on Saturday, July 12, 2008, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. The bed race was the first of many future events that will support the mission of the 40 Winks Foundation. Fifteen teams of 5 people collected pledges and donations for 40 Winks, decorated their beds and dressed in costumes to compete in the race.
